How to Follow Up Customer

Follow Up = Fortune - Care about your customer & your business will follow...

DAY 1

  1. Starting Measurements & Weight? (Make them TELL you. Important!)
  2. What did you mix in? Taste good? (Change Recipe filling = fruit & water)
  3. With a Shaker, Blender or Spoon? (Gives you an idea how they use)
  4. How many scoops of F1 and F3? (3 scoops F1. 1 to 2 scoops F3. Important!)
  5. How many GLASSES of WATER? (“Plenty” is no answer, exact amount?)
  6. How many sets of tablets? (Remind Importance of Cleansing!)

DAY 3

  1. How do you feel? Energy up/ same? (GREAT! NO PROBLEM !)
  2. What did you mix shake in today? ( Make sure they still enjoy it)
  3. How many glasses of water today? (Make them tell you Exact amount)
  4. How many shakes/meals/snacks? (Some think that snacking is okay!)
  5. How many inches have you lost? (Remind importance of measuring)
  6. How is your appetite – feel hungry? (Great! The Products are working!)

DAY 5 - DAY 7

  1. How do you feel? Energy? (Great – the Products are working !)
  2. How many shakes/meals/snacks? (FANTASTIC!)
  3. How many glasses of WATER? (Upgrade to beverage dilute/bottle)
  4. Measurements and Weight? (Tell them testimonials of other people)
  5. Invite to “CUSTOMER DAY” (Show Big Picture & more stories)

DAY 10 - DAY 12 - DAY 15

  1. How do you feel? (Share other health testimonials)
  2. How many shakes/ Meals? (Remind cut back Carbohydrates)
  3. How many glasses of water? (More water = FASTER results)
  4. WHO has noticed family/office? ( Fix a FREE demo/SAMPLE day!)
  5. MORE different testimonials! (Educates on VALUE of Nutrition!)

DAY 20 – DAY 25 – DAY 30

  1. How much lost in kg & cm? (Great! Share more testimonials)
  2. Like to try another flavour? (Share other shake/flavour recipes)
  3. Introduce the Senior Consultant 500VP / Success Builder 1000VP plan. Arrange a “shake party” ask them to “open the door” for you to help them with discount/free product.
  4. Make your customer feel good! (RECOGNITION = INSPIRATION!)

Better to follow a customer every day 1st week and every 2 days 2nd week … especially with BAD water drinkers!! Remember 1 happy customer = Referrals!
